How direct are you when a client is stuck or avoiding something?

Very direct. I was a tech executive — I don’t do fluffy. I will lovingly call you on your patterns because that’s what creates real change. Clients tell me this is one of the things they value most. I’m on your side and rooting for you but I’m also going to tell you the truth so you can grow.
