This 22 minute practice called "Wheel of Awareness" was developed by Dr. Dan Siegel to promote integration and increase well being.

I like to think of it as a mix tape of my favorite meditation techniques (awareness of breath, body scan, Vipassana, loving kindness and self-compassion).

Because it systematically goes through each type of practice, it's really centering and calming - try it out for yourself and see!
