Anger can feel like fire in your body. Stress can feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. A broken heart can feel like a hole in your heart.

When we try to push away or ignore uncomfortable feelings, they just get stronger.

When we don't process our emotions, we end up spreading negativity and can hurt others, even if it's unintentional.
